Curious about what we specialize in? Take a look below.

Shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in injured tissues. This non-invasive treatment helps reduce pain, promote circulation, and accelerate recovery by encouraging tissue regeneration, making it especially effective for chronic pain, tendinopathies, and calcifications.

Manual release and stripping techniques involve applying deep pressure along muscles and fascia to break up adhesions, release tension, and improve blood flow. This hands-on therapy helps alleviate pain, restore mobility, and promote faster recovery from soft tissue injuries or chronic muscle tightness.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching is an advanced technique that combines stretching and muscle contractions to improve flexibility and strength. It’s particularly effective for rehabilitating injuries, enhancing range of motion, and optimizing muscle function by targeting both the muscle and its associated nerve pathways.

Dry needling, also known as Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), involves inserting fine needles into trigger points and tight muscles to relieve pain and restore movement. This technique targets muscle knots and underlying dysfunctions, helping to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and accelerate recovery from injuries or chronic conditions.

Graston Technique uses specialized instruments to gently scrape the skin, targeting areas of scar tissue, adhesions, and muscle tightness. This helps break down fibrous tissue, improve mobility, and promote faster healing. It’s an effective treatment for soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, and conditions like tendonitis.

Medical electric acupuncture combines traditional acupuncture with gentle electrical stimulation to enhance healing and pain relief. By targeting specific points, it helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote recovery from injuries or chronic pain. This non-invasive therapy can be tailored to your needs for effective, long-lasting relief.

Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves to penetrate deep into tissues, promoting healing by increasing blood flow, reducing inflammation, and relieving pain. It’s commonly used for soft tissue injuries, muscle strains, and joint conditions, helping speed up recovery and improve mobility.

TENS uses electrical pulses to reduce pain and promote healing by blocking pain signals and stimulating endorphin release. Muscle stimulation targets muscle activation to improve strength, circulation, and recovery. Both are effective, non-invasive treatments tailored to your needs for faster recovery and relief.

Once the injury is healed, we provide strengthening exercises and mobility routines that are personalized and tailored for your recovery.
